In Person and Online Bookings

In Person Bookings

Please contact us to arrange in-person consultations. To make a booking, you are welcome to speak with Emilia or Shradha. Alternatively, you can use the available contact link for inquiries.

As our practice is specialised, there may be a waiting period before we can accommodate you. If we are unable to schedule an appointment within your required timeframe, we will provide alternative referral options for more immediate consultations.

All administrative inquiries and bookings for Dr. Rosenstein are managed by his personal assistants. Timmy Joji’s personal assistant also handles his bookings and scheduling. Dr. Nortje, however, manages his own appointment arrangements.

Online bookings and International clients

We do accommodate online bookings through Zoom and do see overseas clients. Our zoom consultations are also scheduled through the same booking process as the above in-person. It is preferable to contact the practice through email to make enquiries for online consultations.

Overseas Clients

We do see clients outside our practice’s jurisdiction. Dr. Rosenstein and Dr. Joji are registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), while Dr. Nortje is registered with both the HPCSA and the relevant professional body in the United Kingdom.

Please note that this may impose certain limitations on the services we can provide. Specifically, we may not have an in-depth understanding of the mental health and healthcare systems in your region, which could affect our ability to offer appropriate referrals. Additionally, our practice is governed by the ethical principles and regulations of the HPCSA, which may differ from the standards set by professional registration bodies in your jurisdiction.

Professional registration bodies serve to protect individuals from misconduct and potential harm in treatment. While we adhere to the core ethical principles of non-maleficence and beneficence, our registration with the HPCSA does not extend coverage to individuals residing outside South Africa. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

For more details, please review our Disclaimer, which includes information on the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and your rights regarding personal and private data protection.

When providing services to international clients, we intentionally adopt the role of mental health coaches and well-being facilitators. While we aim to offer meaningful support, please understand that online consultations may have inherent limitations, including a potentially limited understanding of your cultural and contextual landscape.

To schedule an appointment, please refer to the Online Bookings section above.

Fees

Each clinician has their own fee structure. For information on rates, please contact our practice directly. Fees may vary depending on the type of service provided, including group therapy, online informational sessions, and one-on-one therapy sessions. Additionally, rates for psychiatric assessments and history-taking sessions may differ.

We do not list our fees on the website, as each clinician’s pricing structure is unique. Furthermore, our rates are set in South African Rand (ZAR). For international clients, our administrative team—including personal assistants and the accounts manager—can provide rates in US Dollars (USD), British Pounds (GBP), or Euros (EUR). While these conversions may vary, we strive to ensure that our rates remain comparable across different international locations.
