Meet The Team

Dr David Rosenstein

Clinical Psychologist

David is a clinical psychologist specializing in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Process-Based Behavioral Therapy (PBBT). He holds a PhD in Psychiatry and serves as a board member of the South African Charter of Contextual Behavioral Science. Additionally, he is an honorary lecturer at the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Cape Town.

Timmy Joji

Clinical Psychologist

Timmy Joji is a clinical psychologist with extensive training in group therapy, Schema Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). He is actively involved in St. Vincent's Virtual Reality Exposure Therapy Programand is currently pursuing a PhD in Psychiatry at the University of Stellenbosch.

Dr Gareth Nortje

Psychiatrist

Dr. Gareth Nortje is a psychiatrist with a special interest in psychotherapy-based interventions. He holds an MSc in Neuroscience from the University of Edinburgh and integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with Self Psychology in his practice. As a member of the Cape Town Self Psychology Group, he brings a depth of psychotherapeutic insight to his work. Dr. Nortje’s approach to psychiatric care is uniquely grounded in a strong psychotherapeutic foundation, ensuring a comprehensive and client-centered approach to treatment.
